I have full rights to reject a commission.

I have the right to cancel a commission for poor communication, rude/innapropriate behavior, or if these terms are violated.

I will not take a commission until you provide an image or refsheet of the character you want me to draw. I will not make custom designs.

If you've commissioned a rendered piece & are aiming for a specific rendering style that I have done before, tell me if you want a specific one & provide an example. If you do not ask for a specific rendering style, I will use a style I feel like using.

You can be silly in my messages when commissioning. Professionalism isn't required, but you will still need to be specific about what you want.

I will send a sketch of the character to confirm it’s to your liking.

Once sketch is finalized, payment will be needed to continue.

Once payment is received, it cannot be refunded.

The amount of time it will take me is unpredictable. It can take anywhere from 2 days to around a month to finish a commission

You may repost the commission on other platforms & are free to use the piece in profiles and the like, but do not claim the artwork as your own. Provide credit wherever possible.

I will require your permission to post a commission to platforms I am on.

I have copyright over all commissions I provide, and thus are for personal use only. You cannot sell prints or merchandise of the commission, nor can you use it for commercial purposes (such as using the commission for merchandise), unless specified otherwise.

You do not have the right to mint or sell my art as NFTs or feed it to an AI database.

Extra character (Max 4) – +$5-20 per character _{(Depends on complexity.)}
