I have full rights to reject a commission.

I have the right to cancel a commission for poor communication, rude/innapropriate behavior, or if these terms are violated.

I will not take a commission until you provide an image or refsheet of the character you want me to draw. I will not make custom designs from scratch.

Creating a rough sketch of what you want will help me greatly! It does not have to be detailed or "good-looking," it only needs to get the general idea poses, facial expressions, or other elements across. Written notes of specifics on said sketch are also helpful!

If you've commissioned a rendered piece & are aiming for a specific rendering style that I have done before, tell me if you want a specific one & provide an example. If you do not ask for a specific rendering style, I will choose one myself.

Do not use AI generated images try and convey idea to me. This will result in an immediate cancel.

You can be silly in my messages when commissioning! Professionalism isn't required, but you will still need to be specific about what you want.

I will send a sketch of the character to confirm it’s to your liking.

Once sketch is finalized, payment will be needed to continue.

Once payment is received, it cannot be refunded.

I will send progress updates as I work; don't be afraid to ask for revisions! The only time revisions will be rejected is when a piece has already been rendered.

The amount of time it will take me is unpredictable; expect them to take anywhere between a few hours to 3 weeks to complete.

I will post finished commission pieces to my socials; please let me know if you don't want me to do this/if you want it to be a scheduled post!

You may repost the commission on other platforms & are free to use the piece in profiles and the like, but do not claim the artwork as your own. Provide credit wherever possible.

Currently, my commissions are for personal use only. You cannot sell prints or merchandise of the commission, nor can you use it for commercial purposes (such as using the commission for merchandise), unless specified otherwise.

You do not have the right to mint or sell my art as NFTs or feed it to an AI database.
